Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you place an order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email, and we may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues), in which case we refund any charge.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including tax and shipping.

Shipping and returns

Intellectual property

The card art, photography, written content, logos, and brand on this site are owned by Traildek or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Buying a deck gives you the physical product, not rights to the underlying artwork.

User content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the site and our marketing. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at legal@traildek.com that includes: identification of the work, the location of the material on our site, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep listings, trail information, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that everything is error-free. Trail cards are for general recreational reference and are not a substitute for current maps, conditions, or your own judgment in the outdoors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Traildek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
