Processing Time

Returns & Refunds
Unopened items only. Once a deck is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened Returns
You may return any unopened, factory-sealed deck within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Product must be sealed and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Opened Products — Final Sale
Once the shrink wrap or seal is broken, the deck is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard for collectible card products to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, complete deck.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect (misprints, missing cards, packaging damage), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
We'll send a free replacement — no return shipment needed. This applies whether or not you've opened the deck.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@traildek.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
